Its All about Dybra
impressed, i was impressed when i red reviews, but after i've got it in my hands, im impressed even more

so, first, the connectivity, irCOMM is just fine, but SLOW, going to usb, usbnet bindings work just great, btw, sharp desided to run dhcpd for sync.
inserted telnetd in inittab, now i can type from pc, kewler :-)

anyway , mounted toy's smb export on pc, and mounted pc's nfs on toy, kewl...

no unicode, no cyrillic... sux, going to google, found some ipks, installed, sux, does not render on rotated screen, mirrored and other funny stuff, finaly found on this site free fonts port, now i can read russian!

but opera sux even more than having no cyrillic fonts, i dont like opera, found embedded konqi package from 20020311, pretty old, but have no time to compile latest
In the process discovered a funny behavior, since my toy has 640x480 lcd, you have to add "Display=640x480/144dpi,480x640/144dpi" into .desktop file, otherwise smart QPE will switch resolution to lower.
Sure it does not scale as good as opera does, but for religious reasons ill use it.
The very cool feature, that in some places is even better than telnet, is vnc, so now i will try to type the rest here:
full size
but.. konqi segfaults on form submition here, so i'll go on typing in firefox, because i could not figure how to make opera to use proxies, if i manually edit the ~/.opera.ini file, it does not accept the settings, and rewrites the whole file on exit, in some cases it crashes the qpe either.
But anyway, here is the result of konqi + cyrillic, still has some scaling issues, the fonts are yet not rotated, but useable:
full size

however, at the end of my offline weekend + 1 day online, i can conclude that i will have to remove qpe from there ASAP
